Will the Q30 HD+ headphones connect to my phone ?

The Q30 HD+ headphones support working with iOS, Android, and Windows. As long as your device is Bluetooth-enabled with version 4.0 or above, it can work with the headphones.

Do the Q30 HD+ headphones support multi-point connection ?

No. The Q30 HD+ headphones can only work with one device at once. The first one will pause right after connecting to a second device.

Can I use a quick charger to charge the Q30 HD+ headphones？

For better protection and longer service time, please ensure the current is no greater than 5V 1A while charging with an adapter. The battery inside is only 120mAh (60mAh*2). Over current will damage it easily.

How to extend the battery life?

Q30 HD+ earbuds provide up to 12 hours in normal mode (60% volume) without AptX HD mode.

Note that using AptX HD mode or increase volume may reduce battery life.

Reducing the volume or not using AptX can also extend the battery life.
