The display does not show the correct device name after connection (e.g., iPhone is missing). What could be the reason?

This product is mainly recommended for iPhone 15 and later. When used with older iPhone models, the device name may not display correctly, but charging still works normally.

Why does my older iPhone with a Lightning port take a long time to show the battery level, or not show it at all?
